Our PTO is made up of hard-working parents and teachers who pool their talents to provide practical support for Tisdale School. Those listed below have volunteered to provide leadership the 2023-24 school year. Feel free to email us at tisdalepto@ramsey.k12.nj.us with any questions.

A great education isn't only about teachers and schools.  Parental involvement in a child's educational experience is extremely important.  When parents get involved, they help build a true "school community" where children can thrive.  A great way to learn more about Tisdale School and to get involved is to join the PTO.

The purpose of the Tisdale PTO is to support and enrich the educational process by offering classroom volunteer support and by providing funding for special projects, enrichment programs and social activities.

The PTO affords many opportunities for you to get involved at school through volunteering or running events, donating or baking items and being a room parent. Events occur not only during the school day, but also at night and on weekends.  

What kind of programs and support does the PTO provide?

Assemblies, Author Visits, Basketball Clinic, Bike Safety Event, Book Fair, Courtyard Programs, Family Bingo Night, Fitness Day, Grandfriends' Tea, Meet the Masters, Pumpkin Fair, Staff Appreciation, Trunk-or-Treat, Winter Clubs, and so much more!

2024-2025 PTO Meeting Schedule:

The PTO holds general meetings once a month (except December) in the Tisdale Cafeteria. All parents are invited to attend, and it's a great opportunity for parents who are new to Tisdale to come learn about all the wonderful programs and events we have planned for the students.
