Tisdale PTO Membership

A great education isn't only about teachers and schools.  Parental involvement in a child's educational experience is extremely important.  When parents get involved, they help build a true "school community" where children can thrive.  A great way to learn more about Tisdale School and to get involved is to register with the PTO.

The purpose of the Tisdale PTO is to support and enrich the educational process by offering classroom volunteer support and by providing funding for special projects, enrichment programs and social activities.

Membership is $30 per family, which supports our programs and activities such as....

Assemblies, Author Visits, Basketball Clinic, Bike Rodeo, Book Fair, Courtyard Programs, Family Bingo Night, Fitness Day, Grandfriends Tea, Holiday Boutique, Ice Cream Social, Meet the Masters, Pumpkin Fair, School Store, Staff Appreciation, Trunk-or-Treat, Winter Clubs, and so much more!

If I join, do I have to....

• Go to meetings?
  No but you are always welcome to attend our general meetings.
  
  
• Volunteer or spend a lot of time at school?
  No! Joining the PTO is not the same as volunteering. If you choose to volunteer we would LOVE the help—but volunteering is not required.
